To achieve an authentic sense of belonging, we use different mediums like hands-on workshops to create, small business pop-ups or co-working to gather, and tea to reinforce slowness.

a creative working at the intersection of community and design. I’m driven by the micro-moments of connection at every gathering. Shared stories, aligned interests, and meeting like-minded people have given me my deepest sense of belonging—and my purpose is to help as many people feel that, too.
Victor
a builder and believer in the power of creative community. As the founder of Kaiber, I spend my days exploring how technology can support imagination and storytelling. Here at the studio, I’m focused on creating spaces that invite curiosity, collaboration, and meaningful connection. Whether through a shared meal, a workshop, or a spontaneous idea, I’m excited by the ways creativity brings people together.
