In this hands-on creative workshop, participants will design their own custom set of press-on nails using professional nail art tools, charms, and techniques. Guided by Bay Area nail artist Alyssa Cortez of So Pressed Nailsss, guests will learn foundational nail art skills while exploring their personal creative style.
This workshop focuses on experimentation, play, and self-expression rather than technical perfection. Participants will learn the basics of nail design, color composition, and embellishment while creating a wearable set of press-on nails to take home.
Guests are encouraged to bring inspiration photos (Pinterest boards, Instagram saves, screenshots, etc.) to guide their designs. Bringing multiple inspiration references is highly recommended (even if it’s not of nails! i.e. nature, outfits, graphic designs, etc.), as designs may be adapted based on time and materials.
The experience is relaxed, social, and creatively energizing — perfect for anyone curious about nail art, whether you're a beginner or someone who already loves beauty and design.
