Spend the afternoon making, creating, and trying something new at Kindred. This month’s Girls Want Arts and Crafts invites you to slow down, work with your hands, and leave with pieces that feel personal and made by you.

Activities Include:

Cyanotype Tea Towels/Tapestry: Create a one-of-a-kind print using the historic cyanotype process. Arrange pressed flowers, leaves, or other objects on fabric, then watch the UV light transform your design into a rich blue keepsake to take home.

Lighter Paracord Holder: Create a functional accessory using paracord in colors and styles that reflect your everyday essentials.

Rubber Stamp Carving: Carve your own custom rubber stamp using simple carving tools, then use it to create personalized cards, wrapping paper, prints, or journals. Leave with a stamp you can use again and again.

Junk Journaling: Layer papers, textures, stickers, and found materials to build expressive pages. Feel free to bring your own materials to make it even more personal.

Flash Tattoos: Featuring local tattoo artist @whoisvtatts. Choose from a selection of exclusive Kindred Studio inspired flash designs, available on a first come, first served basis.

Whether you are a seasoned crafter or just looking for a creative way to spend your afternoon, this gathering is about making something tangible and connecting with other women in the process.

Guests are welcome to drop in any time between 1 pm and 4 pm.
