  • To keep the space distraction-free for others, pets are not allowed. Service animals are always welcome.

  • Yes! Phone calls are definitely allowed.

  • Definitely. You can switch plans or upgrade anytime. Your new rate will kick in on the 1st of the following month.

  • Yes, you can cancel anytime. We just ask for 30 days' notice. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.
