You will be guided through an herbal meditation and somatic yin-yoga flow sequence. In this, Mika of Bahay Blessings will take us on a journey through our internal landscapes with the support of herbal allies.
Focusing on the themes of groundedness and clarity, we will deepen our roots to then move forward with clearer vision and direction.
What parts of yourself are asking for slowness and stillness? What ways are you desiring to rewrite the stories you tell about yourself? This space of rest, reflection, and restoration awaits you.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and/or pillow for maximum comfort, and a journal & writing utensil.
No prior experience necessary. Come as you are, with an open heart and open mind and leave with some herbal goodies, a relaxed nervous system, and new community connections!
Our community pricing model allows guests to contribute based on ability. Suggested range: $60–$95.
