Tea For Us is a San Francisco-based boutique matcha brand founded by AAPI women and devoted to sharing Japan's finest first-harvest tea leaves. Guided by a dedication to craft and connection, we honor the art of tea through mindful experiences that bring people together.
At this pop-up, we're serving premium matcha and hojicha alongside our signature tasting experience: 3 Regions 3 Ways.
A $10 reservation includes a guided tasting across three of Japan’s matcha-growing regions, prepared in three traditional styles:
Koicha — thick tea
Usucha — thin tea
Matcha latte
Each session, limited to 6 guests, highlights how region and craftsmanship influence flavor. Selections come directly from Tea For Us retail collection:
Shinka matcha — Yame
Houki matcha— Nagasaki
Hibi matcha— Kagoshima (a pre-launch exclusive)
Tasting guests will receive $1 off all drinks and 10% off retail purchases during the event.
Walk-ins are welcome, and all guests are invited to enjoy our matcha and hojicha beverages and browse our collection of retail teas.
